Was able to help us same day. We had a problem with a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Turns out my 2 year old granddaughter had flushed a toy milk carton down the toilet! Codey and Brad went above and beyond to get my new refrigerator water line hooked up and working after Home Depot refused to connect the fridge with the existing line. The filter on my smart toilet needed to be cleaned for general toilet maintenance.  When I tried to access the filter myself, I discovered that I didn’t have the proper sized screwdriver that would allow me to remove the filter on my own.  I had to call a plumber for help.  Max and Scott from Wally Blanton Plumbing were nice, honest, and direct, and helped me understand the nuances of my smart toilet.  They fixed it and my bathroom sink, which had a slow drain. The office staff to set up the call was friendly and helpful. And the plumbing team of Wally and Larry were great.  They were prompt, courteous and professional.  They solved my 2 issues (clogged toilet and broken sink handles) and even went the extra mile to check the other side of the double vanity to ensure I didn't have the same issue with the second sink. I cannot say enough how great the guys from Wally Blanton are. From Sean and Larry coming out late on a Saturday to investigate our issue and coming up with a fair price for fixing it to the wonderful team that came out to fix it. The service was amazing. They explained everything, were courteous and professional. They found another issue along the way and fixed that too without charging us extra. And dare I say it, they left my basement cleaner than it was when they started. I would hire these guys again and again.
